nsrb c446d794a8 feat(watcher): add Tokopedia order parsing and rules 
Implement parsing for Tokopedia "Pesanan Selesai" messages, including support for single and multi-item orders. Update rules to recognize Tokopedia order completion and enhance spending record mapping. Add tests to validate new functionality.

nsrb 0fa0ed3380 feat(watcher): add BRI QRIS parsing and rules 
Implement parsing for BRI QRIS transactions, including direct and forwarded message handling. Update rules to recognize QRIS success messages and adjust spending record mapping accordingly. Enhance tests to cover new functionality.

nsrbandCursor 46a2e2a7b0 feat: add gmail-hook monorepo with watcher, api, and web 
Ship the receipt pipeline (Livin/Grab/BRI), PocketBase spendings, PM2 ecosystem, and a proper .gitignore that excludes secrets, SQLite data, and media dumps.
