nsrb 0fa0ed3380 feat(watcher): add BRI QRIS parsing and rules 
Implement parsing for BRI QRIS transactions, including direct and forwarded message handling. Update rules to recognize QRIS success messages and adjust spending record mapping accordingly. Enhance tests to cover new functionality.

Avoid Gmail hang on rpi4 broken IPv6 Happy Eyeballs, and default backfill to 30d inbox / max 500.

nsrbandCursor 46a2e2a7b0 feat: add gmail-hook monorepo with watcher, api, and web 
Ship the receipt pipeline (Livin/Grab/BRI), PocketBase spendings, PM2 ecosystem, and a proper .gitignore that excludes secrets, SQLite data, and media dumps.
